Gat Puno Abon “Garimot” Baet
to help the Laguna Children’s Center
Gat Puno Abon "Garimot" Baet will be in St. Louis, Missouri for a
weekend seminar of Garimot Arnis and Harimaw Buno.
This is a charity seminar, and all proceeds will go to the Laguna
Children's Center for Community Development.
In addition, Gat Ninong Libby "Liyabe" Libertucci will be joining us
from Florida, and Gat Ninong Dave "Bato" Alcaraz. There is a
possibility that Gat Ninong Shane "Matsing" Singh will return as well,
meaning that this seminar will have not only Gat Puno, but three of
his most senior instructors from out of the area will be assisting.
This is a rare opportunity.
April 30 - May 1, 2011
Saturday April 30 (10 am - 5 pm)
. Single-stick disarming, blocking, and stick grappling.
. Double-stick drills and sparring application.
Sunday May 1 (9 am - 4 pm)
. Harimaw Buno standing controls, clinch, takedowns, ground control.
. Standing knife drills and knife fighting in grappling range.
